英文:TORAY SUL-G20FTS is specially designed for complex hygienic brackish water treatment conditions, with excellent high-temperature resistance, chemical resistance and ultra-low pressure operation characteristics, which can calmly cope with various harsh operating environments [1]. This membrane element adopts special temperature-resistant polyamide composite membrane sheets and heat-resistant components, which can withstand 85℃ high-temperature heat sanitization, and after multiple standardized heat sanitizations, the core performances such as salt rejection rate and water production capacity have no obvious attenuation. The recommended heat sanitization frequency is no more than once a week, and the long-term use stability is strong [1]. It also has a wide chemical cleaning pH range (2~11), which can quickly and effectively remove various membrane fouling deposits, with excellent performance recoverability after cleaning, and can quickly return to the best operating state. Its inlet free chlorine concentration needs to be controlled at an undetectable range, and combined with standardized pretreatment, it can greatly improve the safety of system operation, reducing membrane damage caused by oxidation; the 28mil flow channel design can reduce pollutant deposition, reduce fouling risk, adapt to hygienic brackish water treatment scenarios with different water quality and different operating loads, ensuring that it can still maintain stable performance, hygiene level and energy-saving effect under complex working conditions
